Villas in Italy Srl informs that the data is stored in both digital and paper format at the company’s premises. Data is kept for a maximum of one (1) year if no project is initiated. However, as per Italian Law 167/2017 – Data Retention, the data is retained by our provider (located within the EU) for up to six (6) years.
